Privacy Policy
This privacy policy applies to the TT-Score app for mobile devices, together with any related services operated by Leonidas Bouloukis (collectively, the “Application”). Leonidas Bouloukis is hereby referred to as the “Service Provider”.
What information does the Application obtain and how is it used? The Application allows users to create groups and record table tennis match results. Group names, player names, and match scores entered by the user are stored in Apple’s iCloud (CloudKit) service. This data is not linked to personal identity and is not used for tracking or advertising purposes. No other personal information is collected.
Does the Application collect precise real time location information of the device? This Application does not collect precise information about the location of your mobile device.
Do third parties see and/or have access to information obtained by the Application? The data stored in Apple’s iCloud (CloudKit) service is subject to Apple’s privacy policy. No other third parties have access to user data.
What are my opt-out rights? You may request deletion of your data by contacting the Service Provider at leonidasbouloukis@icloud.com. Uninstalling the Application removes it from your device but does not automatically delete data already stored in iCloud.
Children The Application is not intended for children under 16 years of age, or such higher age as required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit data from or market to children.
Security The Service Provider implements reasonable safeguards to protect data. However, no security system is completely secure.
Changes The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted with a new effective date.
